TAKE BETTER CARE OF YOUR EXISTING GIVERS.
That’s it.
✅ Ask them questions about their passions, perspectives, and preferences.
✅ Take the time to really listen to their answers.
✅Use what you learn to serve them better.
✅ Share regular updates and stories on the impact of their support.
✅ Keep them in the loop.
✅ Say thank you often in generous, fast, creative, and personal ways.
✅ Treat them like insiders.
✅ Help them grow as owners of your cause.
Do these things well, and giving will become a more joyful experience for your supporters.
Any time something becomes more joyful, people want to do more of it.
