What are you afraid of?

What are you afraid of?

When you don’t ask …

When you don’t ask for enough …

When you don’t make that call …

When you don’t go the extra mile to set up that visit …

When you don’t press in a little deeper in your conversations with givers …

What are you afraid of?

What are you afraid might happen?

Do you fear rejection? Awkwardness? Losing a potential gift or a relationship?

These fears are understandable, but they can hold you back from achieving your full potential.

When you let fear dictate your actions, you miss out on opportunities to connect with people, share your mission, and ultimately, make a bigger impact.

Do you know what I’m afraid of?

I’m afraid of you not enjoying your work.

I’m afraid of you not reaching your potential.

I’m afraid of the unnecessary stress and the burnout you’ll experience.

I’m afraid of another fundraising job opening sitting empty for 6-8 months.

I’m afraid of the pent up good that could be unleashed but won’t be unleashed in the lives of givers and those you serve.

So let me ask you again … what are you afraid of?

What’s holding you back?

And what can you do about it TODAY?
